Responsibilities for Associate/ Customer Support Executive –
Provide customer support through voice
Resolve issues and miscellaneous queries.
Handle internet related queries.
Handle customer service (technical support) for international voice process
Responsibilities for Business.
Analyst – Formulate the define systems scope and project objectives through research activities
Analyze business client needs and document requirements by utilizing business analysis procedures and concepts.
Identify risk and consider business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment Knowledge of MRP and inventory management.
Create and prepare reports and presentations.
Work as team to accomplish objectives and make recommendations for enhancements.
Participate in validation and testing activities to identify system problems and perform other duties as assigned
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay – For associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,000 – 37,500, for customer support executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 20,000 – 26,600 , for customer care executive, the payable salary will be Rs 11,500 and for business analyst post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month approximately.
